SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all document preparation and legal support services provided by Ghost Legal.
By completing payment through Stripe checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. Payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and serves as your electronic signature.
1. Scope of Services
Ghost Legal is a non-law firm document preparation and legal support service.
For purchased packages (including but not limited to Debt Lawsuit Defense, Arbitration Packets, Administrative Notices, Affidavits, etc.), Ghost Legal provides:
• Custom document drafting based on information provided by Client
• Formatting for the appropriate court level (where applicable)
• Written filing and service instructions
• Limited guidance related to document use
Ghost Legal does not file documents with the court and does not represent you in any legal proceeding.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Ghost Legal is not a law firm.
No employee, owner, or representative is acting as your attorney.
Nothing provided constitutes legal advice or legal representation.
You remain fully responsible for your case and all decisions.
3. Flat Fee & Payment Terms
All services are flat-fee and must be paid in full prior to drafting.
Work begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
Because services are custom and digital in nature, fees are non-refundable once drafting has begun.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard drafting turnaround is 24–72 hours after payment and receipt of required case information.
Delays caused by incomplete information are not the responsibility of Ghost Legal.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Ghost Legal does not guarantee any legal result.
Court outcomes depend on judges, clerks, opposing parties, and procedural posture.
You assume all risk associated with filing or using prepared documents.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Reviewing documents for accuracy
• Filing documents properly
• Meeting court deadlines
• Serving opposing parties
• Appearing at hearings
Ghost Legal does not communicate with courts or third parties on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Legal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of its services.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
9. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the required box at checkout and completing payment, you agree that:

• You understand it
• You voluntarily accept it
• Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement
