4. You Are Responsible for Deadlines & Filing Requirements

You are fully responsible for:

  • Meeting court deadlines

  • Filing documents correctly

  • Serving parties properly

  • Appearing at hearings

  • Tracking certified mail

  • Ensuring local rules are followed

Ghost Legal does not communicate with courts, clerks, judges, attorneys, or opposing parties on your behalf.

5. No Legal Strategy or Personalized Legal Interpretation

Ghost Legal does not:

  • Tell you what to argue in court

  • Tell you which motions to file

  • Tell you what legal theories to pursue

  • Interpret laws as they apply to your specific situation

  • Provide predictions of legal outcomes

6. Arbitration & Court-Related Documents

If you purchase arbitration packets, lawsuit defense packets, affidavits, appeals, or any court-related material, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for ensuring they comply with your jurisdiction’s rules

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of document preparation, all sales are final once documents have been created.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Rejected filings

  • Client failure to meet deadlines

  • Client failure to follow instructions

Chargebacks filed after receiving documents will be disputed with full evidence of delivery.

All communications with third parties must be done by you.
